(Go easy on me guys, never posted here before and I'm new to modelling :S) - Apologies for second upload, first was bugged and I'm figuring out Art-stations uploads!

Low poly Tank for college mobile RTS project, 2K textures - Quite proud of this one as It was a pretty significant step up from my first attempt! Especially proud of the turret design as I feel it's quite sci-fy whilst the rest has an intentionally blocky and primitive armour design as a blend between my inspirations which were the Tiger 1 tank and the Merkava MBT. I think from various angles it shares similar design traits with those vehicals and has a rather unique but still somewhat standard design -

THINGS ID FIX

if I were to re-do the model I'd fix some of the UV's around the lights and extruded side-skirt armour along with adding unique decals for custom armour-corps within my games' universe. I personally can't shake the war-hammerish vibes from this model and I'm ok with that as an almost orcish style was wanted when designing it. Also, That broken texture on the rear of the side-skirt still brings me pain - luckily it's invisible in the game due to scale but still, grr - I think I would also remove those extruded fins on the side-skirts themselves, they come to, too fine a point and look quite simply atrocious in low tessellation

SUMMARY
Lastly, I think the model suited the game project It was for as it was fairly low poly and given the scale of the game, the colour difference on parts of the tank that are varying in height and such helps to display it's style and appearance even from a significant distance which was a really nice thing to see given my game was an RTS. I'm pretty happy with it overall but I'm aware it's still very basic and could use some more love in various areas - If I were to put a count on it I'd say this was my 10th or 12th model I've that I've made so far which I feel is pretty decent progress but I've nothing to compare that to, so that's just based on a feeling!
